Green Design

What it is
Sustainable planning, or green design, is a planning approach to physical objects, to the anthropic environment and to services, which is based on principles of economic, social and ecologic sustainability.
The green design objective is to eliminate the negative environmental impact through able and substantial planning.
Sustainable planning requires using renewable sources and that relationships between users and the natural environment are exploited.
The applications of this approach range from planning small objects of everyday use to planning buildings, up to planning towns and landscape.
It is a philosophy that can be applied in the fields of architecture, garden architecture, town planning, engineering, graphic design and industrial design.
With +Green Design®, E++ expands its activities from just aspects of energy efficiency to those that are more directly linked to environmental impact: besides reaching standards that are better than the normative, in fact, the planning line keeps account of the criterions proposed by LEED - Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design - to obtain the certification of environmental quality.
This is translated as economic and environmental advantages: to notable savings on energy expenditures - that allow to amortize the cost difference in a few years, compared to a traditional building – the drastic consumption reduction and cutting down pollutant emissions correspond.
